Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 6-month intensive apprenticeship program (UPLIFT) designed to develop future HR leaders
  • Work on challenging projects that provide real business impact within the Human Resources function
  • Engage in learning through experience, people, and formal training programs
  • Support the development of highly skilled people and teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Final year student or fresh graduate
  • Indonesian Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.30
  • Strong leadership capability and active involvement in organizations
  • Passion for working in the FMCG industry
  • Available for full-time, on-site work from September 2026 to March 2027
