Human Resources Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a high-quality experience from offer acceptance to their first weeks.
• Assist with HR administration, including managing employment contracts, addendums, and social organization affiliations.
• Help track apprentices and interns by managing files, contracts, and government aid.
• Respond to internal employee requests via the ticketing system.
• Maintain up-to-date HRIS records and employee files.
• Participate in various People projects such as compensation & benefits, tool optimization, and due diligence.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (Business School, HR, or similar).
• Seeking an apprenticeship for at least 1 year.
• Previous internship experience in a Human Resources role.
• Professional proficiency in English and fluency in French.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with rigor and discretion.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
