About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic HR projects, including salary transparency and new training programs.
- Provide operational support to People & Culture business partners through reporting, presentations, and documentation.
- Support managers with tools and the recruitment of students and apprentices.
- Assist in implementing key processes such as performance management and skills development.
- Help organize integration days, manager training, and Diversity & Inclusion events.
- Participate in the animation of the People & Culture network and explore the integration of AI in HR activities.
- Collaborate on health, safety, and work environment topics.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (University or Business School).
- Professional fluency in French.
- C1 level English proficiency (required for international communication).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaborative digital tools.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and organizational abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a high sense of confidentiality and teamwork.
