About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits administration
- Manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes with a focus on diversity
- Administer employee evaluation systems and maintain compliant personnel files
- Resolve employee issues and conflicts while supporting a positive organizational culture
- Oversee maintenance and condition of owned real estate and collaborate with landlords
- Manage facilities planning, budgeting, construction, and maintenance
- Supervise external contractors and ensure building operations comply with local zoning laws
- Support finance operations including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end closing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of successful experience in Human Resources
- SHRM or similar certification
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency in using computers and phones for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR or SHRM-CP credential
- Ability to obtain professional credentials within the first 180 days
