About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop continuous improvement programs to monitor absenteeism and turnover indicators
- Implement activities to improve the work environment at the plant level
- Ensure correct application of RIT, LFT, and Collective Bargaining Agreements across all company levels
- Supervise the reception and entry of employee incidents, including attendance, vacations, overtime, and leaves
- Monitor employee satisfaction regarding plant services such as dining, transportation, and facilities
- Administer and follow up on employee training plans
- Manage the recruitment and induction process for new personnel
- Oversee the administration of employee personnel files
- Provide support for HR activities, including company events and decorations
Requirements
- Experience developing continuous improvement programs for HR metrics
- Strong knowledge of RIT (Internal Work Regulations) and LFT (Federal Labor Law)
- Experience applying Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Proven ability in employee incident management and personnel file administration
- Experience managing recruitment, induction, and training plan administration
