About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor in-person, online, and hybrid training programs
- Manage T&D operations including scheduling, logistics, registrations, and communications
- Coordinate with and manage external training vendors
- Control costs, contracts, and training records
- Update T&D reports, indicators, and control spreadsheets
- Support the management and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Apply and consolidate training evaluations
- Produce learning content, materials, and facilitate learning experiences
- Conduct T&D programs aligned with global and local organizational strategies
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields
- Previous experience in organizing and executing training sessions (in-person and online)
- Experience in vendor management and follow-up
- Experience managing reports, spreadsheets, and performance indicators
- Experience with LMS platforms
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Availability for occasional travel
- Ability to work onsite in Curitiba, PR
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in People Management or Organizational Development (DHO)
- Knowledge of Instructional Design
- Experience with Competency-based Management
- Experience in Internal Communication and event organization
