Human Resources Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage Human Resources processes for multiple Distribution Centers within the Northern Zone logistics operation.
• Oversee labor and union relations to ensure operational stability.
• Support recruitment, hiring, and talent integration processes.
• Partner closely with operational leaders and business stakeholders.
• Implement talent retention strategies in highly competitive regions.
• Analyze key HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
• Provide support for logistics growth and expansion projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Analyst, HR Generalist, or Labor Relations Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of the Ley Federal del Trabajo (Federal Labor Law).
• Proficiency with IMSS and INFONAVIT regulations.
• Experience managing union relations and labor processes.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, databases, and reporting).
• Proficiency in SAP HR.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule (Monday to Saturday) on-site in Mexicali, BCN.
• Availability to travel for national operational needs.
