About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Human Resources processes for multiple Distribution Centers within the Northern Zone logistics operation.
- Oversee labor and union relations to ensure operational stability.
- Support recruitment, hiring, and talent integration processes.
- Partner closely with operational leaders and business stakeholders.
- Implement talent retention strategies in highly competitive regions.
- Analyze key HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
- Provide support for logistics growth and expansion projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Analyst, HR Generalist, or Labor Relations Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of the Ley Federal del Trabajo (Federal Labor Law).
- Proficiency with IMSS and INFONAVIT regulations.
- Experience managing union relations and labor processes.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, databases, and reporting).
- Proficiency in SAP HR.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule (Monday to Saturday) on-site in Mexicali, BCN.
- Availability to travel for national operational needs.
