Human Resources Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyze HR information to optimize processes and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage recruitment processes for both operational and administrative positions, including mass recruitment.
• Maintain personnel files by compiling documentation and updating data for new hires.
• Administer personnel headcount (operational and administrative) and track key indicators such as turnover, attrition, and performance.
• Manage administrative procedures with various institutions including IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
• Register personnel movements, including hires, terminations, and status changes.
• Advise middle management on the application and compliance of the Internal Work Regulations (RIT).
• Manage uniform sizing and inventory for staff.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment for operational and administrative roles.
• Proven experience working with unionized personnel.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
• Proficiency in SAP and experience managing pre-payroll (prenomina).
• Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
• Availability for travel between PCH, QRO, TUA, and TUL.
