Human Resources Advisor

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and updating employee records
• Assist with the implementation of HR policies and contribute to employee engagement initiatives
• Help prepare documentation for audits, track compliance, and maintain absence records
• Provide support with employee relations matters and respond to general HR queries
• Maintain accurate data within the HR Information System (HRIS) and act as a first point of contact for HRIS questions
• Collect and organize HR data to support reporting, analysis, and the preparation of dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR support, coordinator, or advisory role
• Experience working with HRIS and Excel
• Familiarity with core HR processes and UK employment legislation
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization
• Exposure to HR projects or process improvement initiatives
• A strong interest in continuous learning and supporting a high-performing people function
