Human Resources Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level HR advisory and administrative support across multi-site operations in New Zealand and Australia
• Coach and support leaders through performance management processes and employee relations matters
• Assist with workplace investigations, including conducting interviews and preparing documentation
• Manage processes relating to work-related and non-work-related ACC claims
• Support workplace change initiatives and organizational projects
• Contribute to the review and implementation of HR best practices and legislative updates
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand and Australian employment legislation
• Proven expertise in employee relations and problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy
