About the role
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles, including advertising, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with industrial relations activities by preparing documentation and supporting low-risk IR matters
- Provide first-level advice to management regarding employee relations, transfers, and retention
- Coordinate staff relocations and mobilisation/demobilisation processes in conjunction with the Travel and Procurement team
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating corporate policies and procedures
- Participate in university career fairs and early-talent engagement activities
- Perform generalist HR duties and project-based support as assigned
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in a human resources role
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel interstate if required
