Human Resources Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, headhunting, and implementing search strategies to identify top talent
• Participate in salary recommendation processes and promote internal mobility
• Develop and implement employee career progression and training plans to improve retention
• Coordinate external training requests, logistics, and e-learning needs
• Maintain and develop relationships with Canadian higher education institutions and vocational schools
• Contribute to internal and external communication strategies and stay updated on HR best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources department
• Proven experience in an advisory role focusing on recruitment, training, and employee development
• Bilingualism in English and French is required
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and ability to manage shifting priorities
• Knowledge of HR integrated systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday is an asset
