Human Resources Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including implementing search strategies and active headhunting to identify top talent
• Participate in the salary recommendation process and encourage internal mobility
• Develop and implement employee career progression and training plans to retain expertise
• Coordinate external training requests, logistical needs, and the development of e-learning courses
• Maintain and develop strategic relationships with Canadian higher education institutions and trade schools
• Contribute to employee retention strategies and internal/external communication plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a human resources department
• Bilingualism in English and French is required
• Proven expertise in recruitment, training, and employee development
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work variable hours and occasional travel within Quebec and Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience working within university or college environments
• Knowledge of integrated HR systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday
