Human Resource Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee records using HRIS
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and interview coordination
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
• Assist in performance management and goal-setting
• Support compensation and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
