About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) operations for UKI and NAM markets, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer obsession.
- Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds defined SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards regarding timeliness and accuracy.
- Drive process improvement and simplification initiatives across JML processes and enabling technologies like Workday and ServiceNow.
- Partner with global process owners, HRBPs, and stakeholders to strengthen process design and ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with GDPR and internal data privacy standards.
- Leverage analytics to manage performance trends, backlogs, and root-cause analysis for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven people management experience in HR Operations, shared services, or service delivery environments.
- Strong track record of delivering against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Experience working with Workday or a comparable HRIS.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Capability to lead change and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of operational compliance and data privacy principles (GDPR).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Workday processes and ServiceNow case management.
- Experience leading multi-location or multi-lingual teams.
- Exposure to document generation tools (e.g., Doc Genie).
- Additional language capabilities such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
- Prior experience in customer service or contact center environments.
