Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Foster an employee-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Provide comprehensive HR support including payroll, employee relations, and performance management
• Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction
• Apply strategic talent management solutions to improve retention and professional growth
• Track KPIs and metrics to drive data-driven HR and operational decision making
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Advocate for the company's Open Door Policy across the leadership team

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
