Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Foster an employee-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and productivity
• Provide comprehensive HR support, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, and labor planning
• Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys and action plans
• Apply strategic talent management solutions to improve retention, assessment, and professional growth
• Track KPIs and metrics to provide data-driven insights for HR and operational decision making
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure strict compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Communicate sensitive information tactfully and advocate for the company's Open Door Policy

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
