Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations for large-scale hospitality, event, and F&B projects with fluctuating staffing requirements.
• Support workforce planning for seasonal business peaks, project launches, and large event operations.
• Coordinate the mobilization and onboarding of local and international staff across multiple departments.
• Manage a highly diverse, multicultural workforce and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labour Law, company policies, and visa regulations.
• Oversee recruitment processes for hospitality, events, and corporate roles.
• Partner with senior management on organizational structure and staffing strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager within hospitality, events, F&B, or large-scale operational businesses.
• Extensive experience managing high-volume and seasonal workforces.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure within fast-moving, high-pressure operational environments.
