Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide professional human resources leadership and support to associates at the Spring Lake manufacturing facilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs)
• Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews
• Provide hands-on employee relations support, including investigations, coaching, and grievance resolution
• Lead change management initiatives related to organizational restructures and operational improvements
• Advise managers and associates on HR policies and U.S. employment law requirements
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and absence to drive action planning
• Support talent processes including hiring, onboarding, development, and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing or operations environments
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and change management
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Spring Lake, MI

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading people or managing teams
• Professional HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
