About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide operations management and supervisory staff with support and guidance on employee relation concerns
- Act as the primary contact for conflict resolution and mediation efforts
- Serve as an intermediary between the Regional HR Director and the operations team
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State Wage and Hour laws
- Maintain OSHA standards compliance within operations
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation and assist with start-ups
- Manage employee data accuracy within the Enterprise system
- Recruit and post job openings for the Center
- Conduct routine salary surveys based on local wage rates
- Assist supervisors with corrective action and performance improvement plan reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, psychology, or a related field
- At least five years of related experience
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Strong professional written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
