Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide operations management and supervisory staff with support and guidance on employee relations
• Act as the primary contact for conflict resolution and mediation efforts
• Serve as an intermediary between the Regional HR Director and operations
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State Wage and Hour laws
• Maintain OSHA standards compliance within operations
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and assist with business start-ups
• Manage employee data accuracy within the Enterprise system
• Recruit and post job openings
• Conduct routine salary surveys and assist with corrective action/performance improvement plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, psychology, or a related field
• At least five years of related human resources experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
