Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders to resolve conflicts and foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead initiatives in talent management, employee development, and retention.
• Drive performance management processes, coaching leaders on goal setting and career development.
• Guide the organization through change initiatives and organizational transformations.
• Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Leverage HR data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and improve business performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Human Resource experience.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience leading change initiatives and navigating organizational ambiguity.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
