- Maintain employee records and support administrative processes
- Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and introducing joiners to their teams
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and relation initiatives
- Respond to employee queries and support performance management and training initiatives
- Assist with employee benefits initiatives and ensure HR policy compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strong communication and effective listening skills
- Ability to work with high attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and seek clarity when needed
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
