Human Resource Intern

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and support administrative processes
• Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and introducing joiners to their teams
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and employee relations
• Respond to employee queries and provide operational support
• Assist with performance management, training initiatives, and employee benefits
• Help ensure HR policies and compliance standards are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
• Strong communication and effective listening skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate within a team
