Human Resource Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage HR cases, calls, and webchats, resolving customer issues from engagement to resolution
• Process HR transactions including employee onboarding, data management, payroll inputs, leave management, and exit formalities
• Monitor, track, and close HR service requests in alignment with established SLAs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data protection guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
• Strong communication and effective listening skills to understand and respond to customer needs
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity
• Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
