About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, overseeing system design, configuration, and maintenance
- Provide day-to-day HR support regarding systems, payroll, benefits, and total rewards
- Develop and deliver HR and payroll reports and support compliance reporting
- Partner with leaders to support recruitment, performance management, and offboarding
- Provide guidance on employee and labor relations, including investigations and policy application
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and participate in cross-functional HR projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Proven ability to advise managers on employee relations and performance management
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Paycor)
- Experience working in a unionized environment and interpreting collective agreements
- Ability to manage HR operations across multiple locations
