About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, overseeing system design, configuration, and maintenance
  • Provide day-to-day HR support regarding systems, payroll, benefits, and total rewards
  • Develop and deliver HR and payroll reports and support compliance reporting
  • Partner with leaders to support recruitment, performance management, and offboarding
  • Provide guidance on employee and labor relations, including investigations and policy application
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and participate in cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
  • Proven ability to advise managers on employee relations and performance management
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Paycor)
  • Experience working in a unionized environment and interpreting collective agreements
  • Ability to manage HR operations across multiple locations
