Human Resource Generalist I

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site HR and Operations leadership on HR and labor regulatory issues
• Implement HR goals, processes, and systems including staffing, performance management, and training
• Assist and support employment and compliance-based investigations
• Support workforce planning and forecasting initiatives
• Implement cost-effective HR solutions to attract and retain talent
• Facilitate change management, engagement, and stakeholder coaching
• Maintain privacy of employee personnel and compensation records
• Participate as a company representative during legal arbitration and dispute resolution processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED with four years of professional HR experience
• Understanding of core HR management aspects such as staffing, employee relations, and labor relations
• Strong professional communication and diplomacy skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior generalist support experience in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Experience with alternate dispute resolution processes
• Proficiency with SuccessFactors, SAP, or other HRMS
• Experience using data for decision-making
• Experience conducting and documenting complex investigations
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
