About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with site HR and Operations leadership on HR and labor regulatory issues
- Implement HR goals, processes, and systems including staffing, performance management, and training
- Assist and support employment and compliance-based investigations
- Support workforce planning and forecasting initiatives
- Implement cost-effective HR solutions to attract and retain talent
- Facilitate change management, engagement, and stakeholder coaching
- Maintain privacy of employee personnel and compensation records
- Participate as a company representative during legal arbitration and dispute resolution processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED with four years of professional HR experience
- Understanding of core HR management aspects such as staffing, employee relations, and labor relations
- Strong professional communication and diplomacy skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior generalist support experience in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Experience with alternate dispute resolution processes
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors, SAP, or other HRMS
- Experience using data for decision-making
- Experience conducting and documenting complex investigations
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
