Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit leaders to translate business goals into aligned people strategies.
• Provide guidance to leaders on HR policies, compensation, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including goal setting, annual reviews, and development planning.
• Act as the Site HR for Hyderabad, driving employee engagement and workplace initiatives.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide first-level guidance on workplace concerns.
• Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and present insights regarding hiring, retention, and organizational health.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation) to deliver integrated programs.
• Support change management and effective communication during organizational transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6 to 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or accounting environment is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leadership decisions.
• Solid understanding of compensation principles, job leveling, and pay decisions.
• Proven experience using HR analytics to drive business recommendations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
