Responsibilities

• Drive the complete recruitment process from sourcing talent to onboarding
• Work hands-on with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and official company pages for candidate engagement
• Conduct candidate screenings, initial interviews, and evaluations
• Collaborate with recruiters, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve hiring goals
• Gain exposure to account handling and broader people operations
