Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social platforms, and headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline
• Track applicants throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication and updates to candidates
• Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth joining experience
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal HR initiatives
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and assist with various HR projects
• Build and maintain professional relationships with employees and candidates to deliver a positive people experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Impeccable verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to meet recruitment deadlines and stay updated with HR trends
• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources
