Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer preparation
• Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems with high attention to detail
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing professional guidance to staff
• Ensure recruitment practices align with safer recruitment principles and safeguarding compliance
• Support payroll-related processes such as leave tracking and benefits reconciliation
• Identify and implement improvements to HR workflows and documentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements
• Proven experience managing work pass applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with strong data handling capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all staff levels
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
