About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer and triage inquiries related to Benefits for Open Enrollment
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and manage tickets using a case management tool
- Document, process, and resolve tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Access multiple systems to retrieve records and resolve employee inquiries
- Communicate via email and phone to collect information and provide status updates
- Conduct outreach to employees and retirees via phone for important follow-ups
- Work collaboratively with business partners, customers, and colleagues
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service with a focus on call center functions or call triaging
- 1+ years of experience using business software solutions
- Intermediate proficiency with data entry and computer skills
