Responsibilities

  • Answer and triage inquiries related to Benefits for Open Enrollment
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls and manage tickets using a case management tool
  • Document, process, and resolve tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Access multiple systems to retrieve records and resolve employee inquiries
  • Communicate via email and phone to collect information and provide status updates
  • Conduct outreach to employees and retirees via phone for important follow-ups
  • Work collaboratively with business partners, customers, and colleagues

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service with a focus on call center functions or call triaging
  • 1+ years of experience using business software solutions
  • Intermediate proficiency with data entry and computer skills
