Human Resource Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters
• Translate business strategies into effective HR strategies, programs, and initiatives
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, and offboarding
• Provide guidance and solutions on employee relations and industrial relations matters
• Drive the implementation of performance management, talent management, and succession planning processes
• Support workforce planning, manpower analysis, and organizational design initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies
• Analyze HR data and metrics to support informed, data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Human Resources area
• Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and employee relations
• Experience in organizational change management and human capital planning
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Basic business acumen including operational processes and financial management knowledge
• Ability to partner and build credibility at all levels of the organization
