Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional HR support, guidance, and leadership across diverse touring businesses
• Craft high-quality HR solutions tailored to specific business needs
• Drive key projects and manage change management initiatives
• Manage everyday HR operations, including recruitment and performance management
• Coach and mentor people leaders to improve leadership capabilities
• Address and resolve complex employee relations and industrial relations issues
• Support learning and development initiatives across the organization

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role
• Expertise in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations
• Strong skills in change management and project delivery
• Experience in recruitment and performance management processes
• Ability to provide learning and development support
• Resilient and adaptable approach to working in a diverse business environment
