Human Resource Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps to maximize team performance
• Act as a culture champion to enhance employee engagement
• Serve as a confidential resource for employee relations and conduct investigations
• Lead change management initiatives and communication plans
• Implement and maintain scalable HR programs and processes
• Partner cross-functionally with site leadership and the internal People team
• Manage employment law compliance and leave administration
• Support project management and administrative routines including orientation and data maintenance
• Ensure safety and compliance with GMP, biosecurity, and sanitation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
• Seven years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner
• Experience supporting production, distribution, or high-growth environments
• Experience managing large populations of hourly employees
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment law
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain state badging

Preferred Qualifications

• SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP Certification
• Experience leading in union environments
• Experience with market-leading companies with COE structures
