About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule testing and participant recruiting activities both onsite and offsite
  • Manage client and participant hospitality needs during user studies
  • Assist with the creation and collection of essential study documentation
  • Maintain and manage study supply inventory
  • Support human factors staff during various user studies
  • Travel occasionally to support offsite research activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and people skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat
  • Good understanding of A/V technology, including digital recording equipment, webcams, laptops, and microphones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience assisting with research involving human subjects (non-clinical)
