About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule testing and participant recruiting activities both onsite and offsite
- Manage client and participant hospitality needs during user studies
- Assist with the creation and collection of essential study documentation
- Maintain and manage study supply inventory
- Support human factors staff during various user studies
- Travel occasionally to support offsite research activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
- Exceptional organizational and people skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat
- Good understanding of A/V technology, including digital recording equipment, webcams, laptops, and microphones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience assisting with research involving human subjects (non-clinical)
