Human Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage labor relations and personnel administration in accordance with Federal Labor Law.
• Oversee payroll processes and social security compliance, including IMSS and INFONAVIT.
• Execute recruitment and selection processes to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Coordinate employee training programs and organize corporate events.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Administration, or Human Resources (Degree and Professional License required).
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Labor Relations Analyst, HR Generalist, or in Recruitment and Selection.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Labor Law, IMSS regulations, and INFONAVIT.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability for a flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English language skills.
