About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage labor relations and personnel administration in accordance with Federal Labor Law.
- Oversee payroll processes and social security compliance, including IMSS and INFONAVIT.
- Execute recruitment and selection processes to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Coordinate employee training programs and organize corporate events.
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Administration, or Human Resources (Degree and Professional License required).
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Labor Relations Analyst, HR Generalist, or in Recruitment and Selection.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Labor Law, IMSS regulations, and INFONAVIT.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability for a flexible schedule and ability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate English language skills.
