Hub Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hub operations, including partner driver onboarding and sticker installation
• Prepare and update daily performance reports while monitoring staff attendance and productivity
• Plan and execute offsite partner driver onboarding events and engagement activities
• Ensure strict compliance with company procedures and regulations
• Lead team briefings and weekly staff meetings to discuss performance and process developments
• Recommend improvements to enhance hub operational efficiency

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and performance analysis
• Strong ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage team workflows
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work onsite in North Caloocan and travel to various satellite offices
• Self-starter mindset with a high level of commitment and dedication
