About the role
Responsibilities
- Train and verify drivers based on set targets and standards
- Recommend driver training and process improvements to the Hub Lead
- Review pipeline scheduling and maintain accurate training tracking sheets
- Collect and verify required documentation for driver onboarding in the Lalamove system
- Manage cash collection related to driver training and coordinate timely remittance with the Accounting team
- Oversee the approval and rejection of driver applicants according to company standards
- Maintain accurate stock levels for offline driver materials such as jackets, boxes, and stickers
- Enforce all Driver SOPs and operational policies
- Execute end-to-end special projects and marketing campaigns
- Provide operational support and fill in for staff during personnel shortages
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or operations
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced industry
- Willingness to travel to other hub locations in South Luzon or Metro Manila
- Flexibility to perform offsite activities as required
