Hub NAM Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Hub Quality and Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy across North America.
• Ensure alignment with global directives, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and oversee internal/external audits.
• Embed the Voice of the Customer into all quality initiatives and represent the company in customer quality discussions.
• Monitor process performance, analyze trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage high-profile Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and customer interventions.
• Deploy the Continuous Improvement Framework, including Lighthouse and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment.
• Proven leadership experience in Quality Management.
• Strong ability to analyze performance, solve problems systematically, and manage risks.
• Excellent influencing, communication, change management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to collaborate across various functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Leadership experience specifically in Continuous Improvement (CI).
