Hub Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hub staff workflows during your shift and act as their primary point of contact
• Support the onboarding and professional training of new colleagues
• Ensure efficient implementation of hub processes and provide feedback for optimization
• Actively participate in daily operations and delegate tasks within the shift
• Manage inventory, including stock control, goods receiving, and picking processes
• Assist with personnel shift planning
• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in grocery retail, hospitality, gastronomy, or delivery services in a management role (e.g., Store Manager, Branch Manager, or Restaurant Manager)
• Strong commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work under pressure with high engagement, flexibility, and a pragmatic approach
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident professional presence
• Proficiency in German or English
