Hub Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of a store in Halle, overseeing a team of over 50 employees
• Ensure optimal workflows by monitoring store productivity and achieving key KPIs such as delivery times and picking accuracy
• Manage weekly staff scheduling and implement efficient resource planning
• Oversee recruiting, leadership, and development of the store team, including Shift Leads, Ops Associates, and Riders
• Ensure compliance with company policies as well as health and safety standards
• Take responsibility for entire warehouse management and all related processes
• Act as a role model for the team through a hands-on approach in daily operations

Requirements

• Several years of experience in grocery retail, retail, gastronomy, delivery services, or hospitality in a management role
• Strong commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial spirit
• High level of resilience, flexibility, and a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a confident professional presence
• Proficiency in German or English
