Hub Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hub employee workflows during your shift and act as their primary point of contact
• Support the onboarding and professional training of new colleagues
• Ensure efficient implementation of hub processes and provide feedback for optimization
• Actively participate in daily operations and delegate tasks within the shift
• Manage inventory processes including stock control, goods receiving, and picking
• Assist with personnel shift planning and scheduling
• Monitor compliance with quality and hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in grocery retail, hospitality, gastronomy, or delivery services in a leadership role (e.g., Store Manager, Restaurant Manager)
• Strong commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high resilience and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, assertive manner
• Proficiency in German or English
