Hub Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hub staff workflows during your shift and act as their primary point of contact
• Support the onboarding and professional training of new colleagues
• Ensure efficient implementation of hub processes and provide feedback for optimization
• Actively participate in daily operations and delegate tasks within the shift
• Manage inventory processes including quality control, stock entry, inventory checks, and picking
• Assist with personnel shift planning
• Monitor compliance with quality and hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in grocery retail, hospitality, gastronomy, or delivery services (e.g., as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, or Restaurant Manager)
• Strong commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset
• High level of resilience, commitment, flexibility, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and a confident, assertive presence
• Proficiency in German or English
