Hub Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hub staff workflows during your shift and act as their primary point of contact
• Support the onboarding and professional training of new colleagues
• Ensure efficient hub processes and provide feedback for continuous optimization
• Actively participate in daily operations and delegate tasks within the shift
• Manage inventory, including stock control, goods receiving, and picking processes
• Assist with personnel shift planning and scheduling
• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Requirements

• Proven experience in grocery retail, hospitality, gastronomy, or delivery services (e.g., as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, or Restaurant Manager)
• Strong commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset
• High level of resilience, flexibility, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, assertive presence
• Proficiency in German or English
