Hub Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the operational flow of the hub, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop the hub leadership team, including Shift Leads and Ops Associates.
• Manage safety and compliance topics regarding food hygiene, labor law, and general safety.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders to ensure high operational standards.
• Manage team scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the floor, participating in picking, packing, and inbounding tasks.
• Drive hub performance by translating KPIs into concrete operational processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an operational role with a focus on process optimization.
• Proven experience in team management, including coaching and talent development.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use KPIs to drive results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a significant plus.
• Availability to work full-time.
