Hub Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the operational flow of the hub, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop the hub leadership team, including Shift Leads and Ops Associates.
• Manage safety and compliance topics, including food hygiene and labor law.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders to ensure high operational standards.
• Manage team scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
• Maintain a hands-on presence by participating in picking, packing, and inbounding tasks.
• Drive hub performance by meeting KPIs and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an operational role with a focus on process optimization.
• Proven experience in team management, coaching, and talent development.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate KPIs into actionable processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a significant plus.
• Availability to work full-time in an onsite capacity.
