Hub Management Agent

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily flight operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance
• Resolve operational incidents quickly and efficiently
• Supervise aircraft loading, fueling, catering, and cleaning
• Verify load sheets and validate NOTOC with the commander
• Control baggage delivery in lounges, ensuring timing and security protocol compliance
• Supervise passenger and baggage check-in processes and customer service application

Requirements

• Experience in ground handling, preferably in operational coordination
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Proficiency in office automation tools
• Ability to make decisions and manage pressure
• Result-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Altea and Smarthan
• Valid airside driving permit (PCP)
