HUB Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hub operations and ensure facilities meet customer standards for security and protection
• Manage storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles and coordinate vehicle reception and setup
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and required software updates
• Plan and optimize routes to maximize data collection effectiveness
• Assign daily shifts, support dispatch operations, and monitor personnel performance using Samsara
• Orchestrate data handling operations and manage secure transportation of recorded data media
• Provide regular operational reporting and performance metrics to Project Managers

Requirements

• Experience in hub operations or fleet coordination
• Ability to manage vehicle maintenance and software updates
• Proficiency in route planning and optimization
• Experience in team leadership, shift assignment, and personnel evaluation
• Ability to handle data collection and secure data media transportation
• Strong reporting and communication skills for stakeholder interfacing
