About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-throughput protein production workflows using automated liquid handling systems
  • Operate and monitor automated protocols for mammalian cell culture, protein purification, and sample distribution
  • Perform laboratory operations under aseptic conditions
  • Monitor automated runs and identify workflow deviations to ensure adherence to SOPs
  • Manage high-throughput sample workflows including tracking, plate mapping, and inventory control
  • Document experimental procedures and process parameters in ELN or LIMS
  • Support maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of automation platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
  • Contribute to workflow optimization and process scalability

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience in protein production or characterization
  • Hands-on experience with automated liquid handling systems (e.g., Lynx, Hamilton, Tecan)
  • Familiarity with mammalian cell culture, purification, or high-throughput screening
  • Experience with laboratory data systems such as ELN or LIMS
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a CRO/CDMO or high-throughput platform environment
